These terms apply when you use centolabs.tech and Centolabs products such as Teacher Assistant. By creating an account or using a product, you agree to them.
The service
Centolabs provides web-based AI tools. Each product has its own free tier and its own paid plans, shown on its pricing page.
Your account
You must give a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Credits and plans
Every plan, including the free one, receives its credits each calendar month; unused credits do not carry over. If a generation fails, or you mark a result as not good (up to a monthly limit), the credits for it are returned. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be subject to taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
Use the tools for lawful educational and professional purposes. Do not use them to produce harmful, deceptive or infringing content, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access without our written permission.
AI-generated content
Materials are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and checking them before using them with students or others. You own the materials you generate and may use them freely; we make no promise that outputs are unique.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features, plans or prices; changes to paid plans apply from the next billing period.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Centolabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
